1.若因本公司產品質問題,實行“包調、包退'服務;
2.接到重要信息反饋,24小時內給予用戶滿意答復,國內三日內到達現(xiàn)場,國外用戶實行電話、傳真、郵件方式在10日內給予答復。
3.隨貨提供:工廠檢驗證書/質量證明書/檢測報告提供配件,提供安裝技術、調試服務咨詢對大型工程項目,根據(jù)技術合同/標準要求進行生產、檢測,并配合用戶現(xiàn)場指導嚴格按照ISO9001質體系管理工作控制,嚴格按照合同、標準供應。
服務說明:
客戶在使用過程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)產品不能正常使用,可向本公司銷售服務部咨詢,并闡明合同號、供貨時間、執(zhí)行標準、規(guī)格型號、材質、使用環(huán)境、故障情況以及相關的詳細內容。

The products are tested in strict accordance with the relevant standards and requirements when leaving the factory, which is a guarantee of safety.
Before the product is delivered, if it does not meet the corresponding design and manufacturing standards or has quality problems itself, we will repair it for free, and even replace the whole valve.
Once our products have quality problems, we guarantee to give a satisfactory reply or send personnel to eliminate quality problems within 24 hours after receiving quality feedback information.
Our company's products implement the national protection system, and the commitment of conventional valves under normal circumstances, the warranty period of 12 months.
